Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business needs.
Map and analyze current business processes; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Propose efficient and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepare clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and SOPs.
Use data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.
Build dashboards or reports using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT/Development, Product, Finance, Operations, and QA.
Communicate findings, statuses, and project updates effectively.
Support the QA team by creating test plans, test cases, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Assist in project planning, prioritization, and coordination of deliverables.
Provide change management support as needed.
