Qualification:

  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development  
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue)  
  • Experience in backend development (Node.js/.NET/Java/Python)  
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)  
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps basics  
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies  
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a full stack development team in our Ongole development centre  
  • Design, develop, and review scalable web applications (frontend & backend)  
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects  
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding standards  
  • Organize technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities  
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control practices  
  • Foster a collaborative and productive learning environment  
  • Mentor, train, and guide interns on real-world software development practices
