Qualification Requirement
We are looking for a technically strong resource to support Sprinklr implementation projects with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, or administering enterprise SaaS, CRM, CCaaS, CX, or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, including REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and application setup.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and platform configurations.
- Good understanding of system architecture, integration design, and data flows.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, Postman, API testing, and debugging tools.
- Experience working with digital engagement channels such as Voice, Email, Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media, or similar customer service platforms.
- Knowledge of contact center operations, customer experience (CX), or CRM processes is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and data mapping/transformation concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Ability to work directly with customers and participate in technical workshops and implementation discussions.
- Strong documentation skills, including requirement documents, configuration guides, and solution design artifacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience: 3–7 years in implementation, integration, solution engineering, or professional services roles involving enterprise customer engagement, CRM, CCaaS, or SaaS platforms. Experience with platforms similar to Sprinklr will be an added advantage.
