Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, IT, or related field. 
  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
Qualification

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution. 
  • Track project milestones and deliverables. 
  • Act as a point of contact between team members and stakeholders. 
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. 
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports. 
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, reports, risk logs, change requests). 
  • Ensure all documentation is properly stored and updated. 
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. 
  • Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager. 
  • Track and follow up on action items. 
  • Monitor project expenses and track budgets. 
  • Assist in resource allocation and workload management. 
  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies and standards. 
  • Support testing, validation, and quality assurance processes when required.
