Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, IT, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Job Responsibility
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Act as a point of contact between team members and stakeholders.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Provide regular status updates and progress reports.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, reports, risk logs, change requests).
Ensure all documentation is properly stored and updated.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
Track and follow up on action items.
Monitor project expenses and track budgets.
Assist in resource allocation and workload management.
Ensure project activities comply with company policies and standards.
Support testing, validation, and quality assurance processes when required.
